| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高三叉神经痛显微外科手术疗效的方法.方法对51例三叉神经痛患者手术治疗过程和出现的神经并发症作了回顾性分析.结果术后7例患者出现面部麻木;2例患者出现听力下降;1例患者出现复视,同侧外展受限.手术直接损伤、手术牵拉伤等是可能的致病因素.结论缓慢释放脑脊液,避免直接损伤神经,手术中避免牵拉神经,术中脑干诱发电位监测可减少并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the methods of improving microsurgical treatment oftrigeminal neuralgia. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the trigeminal neuralgia and cranial nerve complications in fifty-one cases. Results Facial numbness occurred in 7 patients, ipsilateral hearing loss in 2 cases and postoperative diplopia in 1 case. Direct operative trauma and tension injury led to nerve complications. Conclusion Controlled expulsion ofcerebrospinal fluid, avoidance of trauma to the trigeminal root, avoidance of tension in the nerve roots and monitoring of brain stem acoustic evoked potentials during operations may reduce nerve complications. |
