| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢阻肺（ＣＯＰＤ）患者继发真菌感染的危险因素及其诊治。方法：对近４年我科ＣＯＰＤ患者继发真菌感染的临床资料进行分析。结果：真菌感染以白念为主，呼吸道最多见；广谱抗生素的使用及高龄、免疫功能低下、营养状况不良、合并多种疾病是继发真菌感染的主要危险因素。结论：重视真菌感染的监测、预防医源性感染、足量足疗程的氟康唑治疗在真菌感染中是至关重要的 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the dangerous factors of secondary fungus infection of the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) cases and the measures of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 48 COPD cases with the secondary fungus infection were analyzed.Results:The pathogen of the secondary infection was mainly Candida albicus,and they mainly infected respiratory tract.The dangerous factors of secondary fungus infection were utilization of broad-spectrum antibiotics,venerable age,hypoimmunity,malnutrition and amalgamating other diseases.Conclusion:Strengthening the supervision of fungus infections,preventing the iatrogenic infection and the full-dose-full-period usage of antifungus drug Fluconazole are the important measures for the treatment of secondary fungus infection. |
