| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃脘痛证候的量化诊断规律。方法:以因子分析方法对808例胃脘痛患者的临床四诊信息进行分析。结果:因子分析从胃脘痛临床症状中提取12个因子,分别代表脾胃湿热、脾胃虚寒、肝胃气滞、气阴两虚、胃热炽盛、胃阴亏虚、肝胃郁热、脾胃气虚等8个证候,同时对各个证候进行量化。结论:因子分析所得的胃脘痛的常见证候分类及量化诊断为临床辨证提供客观依据。
