压力性尿失禁患者阴道壁结缔组织MMP-2及其抑制物的表达

目的:探讨女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者阴道壁结缔组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-2(TIMP-2)mRNA表达与SUI发病的关系。方法:7例无SUI妇女为对照组(A组),24例有完整随访资料的女性SUI患者的阴道壁结缔组织标本为研究组,分为<60岁组(B组)和>60岁组(C组)。应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应分别检测MMP-2和TIMP-2表达量。结果:SUI组患者的MMP-2均较非SUI组显著升高,差别有显著性(P<0.01),TIMP-2均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MMP-2在B组和C组之间的差异无显著性(P>0.05),TIMP-2的mRNA表达量C组较B组显著下降,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MMP-2/TIMP-2从A组到B组再到C组显著升高,A组

Expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in the vaginal wall tissue of the women with stress urinary incontinence

Objective:To detect the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in the vaginal wall tissue of the women with stress urinary incontinence(SUI) and their significance.Methods:Vaginal wall tissues were obtained from 7 women undergoing total hysterectomy for carcinoma in situ of cervix without SUI as control group(Group A).24 patients with SUI were followed-up as study group which was divided into two groups[12 cases were <60 years old(Group B)and 12 cases >60 years old(Group C)].Semi-quantitative competitive RT-PCR was carried out to quantify MMP-2 and TIMP-2 mRNA expression.Results:MMP-2 was significantly higher(P<0.01)in both Group B and Group C than in Group A(P<0.01).There was no difference between Group B and Group C.TIMP-2 was significantly lower(P<0.01)in both Group B and Group C than in Group A(P<0.01),and TIMP-2 in Group C was more significantly lower than in Group B(P<0.01).The ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 was significantly different(P<0.01) among three groups,Group A< Group B
