瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的比较瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合应用与单独应用二甲双胍对新诊断2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法将62例新诊断2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组：强化治疗组给予瑞格列奈和二甲双胍联合治疗,对照治疗组仅给予二甲双胍单药治疗,治疗12周。观察2组患者糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹血糖（FBG）、三餐后2h血糖（2h-PBG）及睡前血糖的改善情况。同时记录研究期间低血糖和其他不良事件的发生情况,对两种治疗方式的安全性做出评价。结果两组HbA1c、FBG、2h-PBG及睡前血糖在治疗后均有显著下降（p均〈0.05）。联合治疗组在HbA1c、早餐后2h血糖、午餐后2h血糖等指标的下降幅度较对照治疗组更大（p均〈0.05）。治疗期间两组均未发生严重低血糖事件。结论瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗在血糖控制方面优于单独使用二甲双胍治疗,可作为新诊断2型糖尿病患者起始治疗的选择方案之一。

The Efficacy of Repaglinide in Combination with Metformin in New-Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To compare the efficacy of metformin and repaglinide in combination with metformin therapy in new-diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods 62 new-diagnosed type 2 diabetes were enrolled in this study and divided into 2 groups randomized. One was intensification therapy group （repaglinide in combination with metformin therapy）; the other was control group （metformin therapy only）. The study lasted for 12 weeks. HbA1c,fasting blood glucose （FBG）,2h-postprandial blood glucose （2h-PBG） of three meals and bedtime blood glucose were observed. Hypoglycemic and adverse event occurred in this study were also recorded. Results Compared with baseline,HbA1c,FBG,2h-PBG of three meals and bedtime blood glucose were all reduced in both groups significantly （all p〈 0.05）. In subjects receiving combination therapy,HbA1c,2h-PBG after breakfast and lunch were lower than metformin therapy only （all p〈 0.05）. All Hypoglycemic events were minor and could be recovered without treatment,and there was no major hypoglycemic event occurred in this study. Conclusions The results suggest that repaglinide combined metformin therapy can significantly improve glucose control than metformin therapy,and can be used as an optional therapy in new-diagnosed type 2 diabetes.
