层流洁净病房患者的医院感染控制

目的　提高层流洁净病房的管理水平 ,降低医院感染率。方法　对 2 8例入住层流洁净病房的患者及层流室环境、物品的消毒质量 ,患者的处理 ,医护人员的入室程序等进行监测管理。比较建层流洁净病房前后保护性隔离患者的医院感染率。结果　建层流洁净病房前保护性隔离患者医院感染率为 4 7.0 6 % ,建层流洁净病房后为 3.5 7% ,两者之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　通过严格监测管理 ,使层流洁净病房达到了规范标准 ,有效地控制了医院感染。

Nosocomial infection control in patients in laminar flow ward

Objective To enhance the administrative level of laminar flow ward and reduce nosocomial infection rate. Methods Surveillance was performed on patients, environment and articles in laminar flow wards, the treatment of patients and procedure of health care workers' entering the ward were also monitored, nosocomial infection rates in patients under protective isolation before and after the setting up of laminar flow ward were compared. Results Nosocomial infection rate in patients before and after the setting up of laminar flow wards was 47.06% and 3.57% respectively, there was significant difference between them (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion Laminar flow ward can come up to standard after strict surveillance and management, nosocomial infection can also be controlled.
