健康教育对学龄期哮喘患儿自我概念水平的影响

摘    要:目的探讨健康教育对哮喘患儿自我概念水平的影响。方法将180例哮喘患儿随机分为干预组和对照组各90例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,而干预组接受为期6个月的系统健康教育、规律性随诊和随访。结果除行为、焦虑和合群等分量表评分外,男性哮喘患儿的其它PHCSS分量表评分明显低于国内常模,女性哮喘患儿的所有分量表评分均明显低于国内常模,均具显著性差异(P0.01)。干预后,除幸福与满足和行为分量表得分外,干预组其它自我概念分量表评分明显高于对照组,具显著性差异(P0.01)。结论系统性健康教育有助于改善学龄期哮喘儿童的自我概念水平,促进其身心健康。
