| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对小儿腹股沟斜疝手术方式的认识。方法：回顾分析216例小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床资料,并对其分析。结果：本组216例中出现阴囊水肿21例,阴囊血肿2例,治疗后消失。随诊0.5-5年,无1例复发。结论：小儿腹股沟斜疝术前彩超检查,手术以高位结扎为主,选择性内环口修补,效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To understand the operation of the pediatrie groin hernia.Method：Reviewed and analyzed the clinical data of 216 cases of indirect hernia in children.Result：The 216 cases in this group appeared in 21 cases of scrotal edema,scrotal hematoma in 2 cases,but disappeared after treatment.Follow-up six months to 5 years,no case of recurrence.Conclusion：That indirect hernia in children should be examined before surgery by using preoperative color doppler examination,and the surgery mainly uses the surgical ligation,selective inner patch,and the effect is good. |
