| 摘 要： | 目的探索提高整体护理质量的质控方法.方法建立质控流程,以整体的病人为中心,分阶段、分类型,通过询问、倾听、现场检查等方法,对各项护理措施落实情况进行质控.变护理项目检查为整体的病人检查.结果有利于转变护理人员整体护理理念,保证护理措施落实到位,护患沟通得到加强,病人满意度得到提升.结论有利于落实整体护理.

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into how to improve the all-around nursing quality. Methods Set up quality control procedures, focus on the holistic care for patients, through grading and classifying, by enquiring, listen attentively, and checking on spot, and carry out quality control on the implementation of all the nursing measures. Results This is conducive to transfer the nursing stuff' s attitudes toward holistic nursing, guarantee the fulfillment of nursing measures, strengthen the communication between the nurses and patients, improve the service provided to the patients. Conclusion Implement holistic nursing. |
