血脂康治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的临床研究

目的探讨血脂康对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖、脂代谢的影响。方法48例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者在原降糖措施的基础上加服血脂康,检测治疗前、治疗后4周、8周、16周测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2 h血糖(2HPG)含量,并测定全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞刚性指数、纤维蛋白原等血流变指标。结果治疗前和治疗后4周总胆固醇(TC)(6.81±1.52)vs(4.46±1.05)mmol/L(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)(4.68±1.16)vs(2.31±0.74)mmol/L(P<0.01),空腹血糖(9.63±1.54)vs(7.34±1.44)mmol/L(P<0.05),餐后2 h血糖(12.86±1.96)vs(9.57±1.34)mmol/L(P<0.05),血浆比黏度(1.78±0.18)vs(1.27±0.56)mPa.s(P<0.05),红细胞刚性指数(4.89±0.71)vs(3.48±0.62)(P<0.05)、纤维蛋白原(4.14±0.52)vs(3.25±0.36)g/L(P<0.05),且8周、16周各项指标无反复,均未见明显副作用。结论血脂康可降低2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平,同时也具有一定的降低血糖及血黏度作用。

Effect of Xuezhikang on hyperlipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuezhikang on plasma glucose and lipids in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with dyslipidemia(n=48) were studied,The levels of blood glucose and lipids and blood viscosity were detected before the treatment of Xuezhikang and in 4,8 and16 weeks after the treatment of Xuezhikang.Results After the treatment of Xuezhikang,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,dyslipidemia including serum levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and blood viscosity were improved,and showed a significant statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Dyslipidemia and high blood viscosity commonly exist in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Xuezhikang is an effective medication to improve the dyslipidemia and blood viscosity,and could be widely used in clinical practice.
