C反应蛋白检测在社区获得性肺炎的临床意义

目的了解C反应蛋白（CRP）水平测定在社区获得性肺炎诊断与治疗中的价值。方法比较30例社区获得性肺炎患者治疗前后CRP水平,同时观察30例对照组,比较2组之间的差异。结果治疗前CRP水平显著高于对照组和治疗后;治疗后患者CRP水平与对照组比较无统计学差异。结论 CRP检测可以作为一项反映社区获得性肺炎细菌感染的敏感指标,有助于社区获得性肺炎的诊断与疗效观察。

Clinical significance of detecting C-reactive protein level in community acquired pneumonia

Objective To study the valuation of testing serum C-reactive protein for diagnosis of community acquired pneumonia and therapeutic efficacy.Methods The changes of CRP before and after therapy were compared in 30 patients with community acquired pneumonia,and compared with 30 patients as control.Results The level of CRP before therapy was significant higher than those of control group and after therapy.There was no statistical difference in CRP between after therapy and control group.Conclusion The detection of CRP level may be a sensitive marker to reflecting bacteria infection in community acquired pneumonia.It is helpful to diagnose community acquired pneumonia and observe therapeutic efficacy.
