摘 要: | 目的探讨内分泌见习教学的方法,提高内分泌见习教学质量。方法应用多媒体教学、PBL教学法、病例分析等多种教学方法的综合教学方法。结果通过提出问题一病例见习(实践操作)一解决问题一进一步实践操作一总结与分析教学过程,使同学们对内分泌代谢疾病有系统的了解并形成相对完善的内分泌知识体系。结论通过综合教学方法及临床见习教学传授学生内分泌代谢疾病知识和临床技能收到良好效果。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of the teaching and directing clinical probation of endocrinology, and improve the teaching quality. Methods A variety of modern teaching methods and measures, such as problem-based learning(PBL) , cases analysis and multimedia, etc. were integrated and adopted in the teaching of clinical probation. Results By performing the programmed course, raising questions,case-based learning ( practical action) , solving the problems, and further practical operation, summary and analysis of the teaching process, the students understood systematically the endocrine system and related metabolic diseases, and constructed the knowledge system of endocrinology. Conclusion The integrated teaching methods and clinical novitiate shows a great effect on improving the knowledge and clinical skills of students in the clinical probation of endocrinology. |
