| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对卵巢过度刺激综合征的诊断价值.方法收集我院自1999年来诊治的7例卵巢过度刺激综合征病例进行回顾分析.结果 7例患者的卵巢增大,3例伴腹水,1例腹水伴胸水.结论超声是诊断卵巢过度刺激综合征的首选方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the ultrasound diagnosis in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods We have collected 7 cases with OHSS retrospectively.Results In all the cases the ovarian volume were enlarged;3 cases had ascites;1 case had ascites and hydrothorax.Conclusions Ultrasound is the first choice method for detecting OHSS. |
