摘    要:
目的探讨一种恰当抢救有机磷中毒的给药方式,既有利于抢救,又能节约护理人员的劳动时间。方法同期住院的82例病人随机分成3组A组27例间断静脉注射;B组28例应用微量泵持续静脉给药;C组27例首先间断静脉给药,达到阿托品化后应用微量泵维持,直至停药。结果3种不同的给药方式治疗结果:C组死亡人数、反跳人数、住院天数均低于其他两组P<0.05。3种给药方式阿托品用量、用药时间B组最大、最长,经统计学处理P<0.01。而C组与A组相比差异无显著性。结论C组无论是治疗结果还是阿托品的应用均为最合理的给药方式。

Abstract:
Objective To study the method of giving drug in patients with organophosphorus poisoning. Methods 82 patients with organophosphorus poisoning were divided into three groups. 27 cases in A group were injected atropine in vein intermittently. 28 cases in B group were injected atropine by microelectric pump continuously. 27 patients in C group were given atropine with microelectric pump after atropinization. Results There were lower rates of rebound and death in C group than in other groups, and days of hospitalization in group C was less than in other groups ( P <0.05). The dosage and time of treatment of atropine were higher in B group than in other groups ( P <0.01). Conclusions The treatment of C group were rational, and it's curative effect is good.[
