| 摘 要： | "化不可代,时不可违"语出《素问.五常政大论》。此语既是理论的,也是临床的;既具有时间康复学意义,又具有临床诊疗意义。它以中医"天人相应"观点为基础,揭示了人体气化与天地相参的本质,贯穿于疾病治疗、用药以及病后康复的始终。
