高龄患者急腹症围手术期的护理

目的探讨80岁以上高龄急腹症患者围手术期的护理。方法对我院53例80~93岁急腹症患者加强手术前心理护理及原发病、合并疾病的病情观察,术后对重要系统器官功能监测及护理,合理输注药液,并对各引流管的护理、营养支持等作综合分析。结果痊愈46例,死亡4例。病情恶化自动出院3例。结论加强高龄患者急腹症围手术期护理,可减少手术的危险及并发症,提高手术成功率。

PERIOPERATIVE NURSING FOR SENILE PATIENTS WITH ACUTE ABDOMEN

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of acute abdomen patients aged over 80 years. Methods 53 cases of acute abdomen patients aged from 80 to 93 years were analyzed, strengthening the psychological nursing and the observation of original disease and complications before operation; after operation, strengthening the monitoring and nursing of important system and organ function, observing the patients′ condition, transfusing right the liquid, strengthening the nursing of drainage and nutrition supporting. Results Among all cases, 46 cases were cured (67.9%); 4 cases died; 3 cases (5.66%) were discharged automatically for aggravation of their state. Conclusion Strengthening the perioperative nursing of acute abdomen patients can reduce the risk of operation and complications, improve the success rate of operation.
