笑气吸入联合沟通技巧在人工流产术中的临床应用

目的观察笑气吸入联合沟通技巧用于人工流产术中的疗效。方法300例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组150例，实验组采用笑气吸入及全程陪护中实施沟通技巧，对照组不用任何药物，两组从镇痛效果、人流综合反应、手术时间、术中出血进行比较。结果实验组镇痛效果显著，有效率为97．3％，平均手术时间、术中出血、人流综合征发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论笑气吸入镇痛是一种操作简便，安全可靠的方法，加之全程陪护的精心护理就能达到理想的镇痛效果，值得推广使用。

Clinical Application of Nitrous Oxide Inhalation Combining Communication Skill in Artificial Abortion

Objective To probe the curative effect of nitrous oxide inhalation combining communication skill in artificial abortion. Methods 300 cases of patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group with 150 cases. Patients in the experiment group receiving nitrous oxide inhalation combining communication, and medicines did not given patients in the control group. The effect of analgesia, artificial abortion reaction, operation time and hemorrhage volume during operation were compared. Results The effective rate of analgesia of the experimental group was 97.3%, The average time of operation, hemorrhage volume during operation and the incidence rate of artificial abortion reaction were lower obviously than those of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Analgesia with nitrous oxide inhalation is a simple and safe method. Combining with careful nursing, we can get ideal effect.
