奇正消痛贴膏治疗软组织挫伤的临床观察

目的观察奇正消痛贴膏治疗软组织挫伤的疗效。方法选择于我院治疗的软组织挫伤患者360例,随机分为治疗组（n=240）,对照组（n=120）。治疗组应用奇正消痛贴膏治疗,对照组应用麝香虎骨膏治疗。结果治疗组在治疗后1、3、5、7d,患者的疼痛疗效、压痛疗效,活动功能及综合疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论奇正消痛贴膏治疗软组织挫伤疗效优于麝香虎骨膏,可明显改善患者的不适症状,改善活动功能。治疗效果确切。

The clinical observation of Qi Zheng XiaoTong paste on the treatment of soft tissue contusion

Objective Observe the efficacy of treatment of Qi Zheng Xiaotong paste on soft tissue contusion. Methods 360 patients of soft tissue contusion in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 240） ,and the control group（ n = 120）. Patients in treatment group were treated by Qi Zheng Xiao-tong paste. Patients in control group were received treatment with Musk tiger bone paste. Results In the treatment group 1,3,5,7 days after treatment,the patient＇s Pain,tenderness efficacy,functioning,and integrated effects are better than the control group,the difference was significant （ P 0. 01）. Conclusion The treatment effects of Qi Zheng Xiaotong paste were better than Musk tiger bone paste on the treatment of soft tissue contusion. It can improve symptoms of patients. Exact treatment.
