昏迷患者醒脑开窍针法促醒治疗的临床观察

目的观察醒脑开窍针法对昏迷患者的促醒治疗作用。方法对32例昏迷患者采用Glasgow昏迷评分，随后给予醒脑开窍针法针刺介入治疗，6月后评价治疗效果。结果经过醒脑开窍针刺治疗后Glasgow昏迷评分有所增加，治疗前后Glasgow评分比较，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义，苏醒率为78．13％，总有效率为84．38％。结论醒脑开窍针法对于昏迷患者具有一定的促醒作用。

Clinical Observation on Xingnao Acupuncture for Wake-Promoting Treatment of Coma Patients

Objective To observe the wake-promoting effcet of acuputure method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation （xing- naokaiqiao） on coma patients. Method By Glasgow coma score method on 32 patients, taking the acupuncture method of conscious- ness-restoring resuscitation （xingnaokaiqiao）, to evaluate the therapeutic effect 6 monthes later. Results After taking the acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation （xingnaokaiqiao）, Glasgow score had improved, P 〈 0.05, the comparison had statistically significant difference before and after the treatment. The rate of regain consciousness was 78.13%, with the total effective rate of 84.38%. Conclusion The acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation （xingnaokaiqiao） has some effect on coma patients.
