降脂颗粒联合硫普罗宁治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

目的　探讨降脂颗粒联合硫普罗宁治疗酒精性和非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法　将 98例脂肪肝患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 5 6例 ,使用降脂颗粒联合硫普罗宁治疗 3月 ;对照组 42例 ,单用硫普罗宁治疗 3月 ,观察患者治疗前后血清丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、甘油三酯 (TG)、血清总胆固醇 (TC)的变化。结果　治疗组总有效率为 96.4%,而对照组仅 73 .7%(P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组TG、TC治疗后下降明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后与对照组治疗后比较也下降明显 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　降脂颗粒联合硫普罗宁治疗脂肪肝是一种有效的方法。

Clinical study of combined treatment with Jianzhikeli and tiopronin on fatty liver

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment with JiangZhiKeLi and tiopronin on alcoholic fatty liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 98 patients with fatty liver were divided into two groups at random. 56 cases in the experimental group were treated with JiangZhiKeLi combined with tiopronin, while the other 42 cases in the control group with tiopronin only for three months. The serum levels of ALT?AST?TG?TC before and after the treatment were observed. Results The effective rates in experimental group(96.4%) was significantly higher( P <0.01) than that in control group(73.7%) and the serum levels of TG?TC in experimental group was significantly lower( P< 0.01) than that in control group after the treatment. There was no side effect in experimented group. Conclusion JiangZhiKeLi combined tiopronin is an effective method in treating fatty liver.
