| 摘 要： | 研究发现，医学研究生存在心理问题的现象在逐年增多，这些问题正引起有关教育工作者的关注。本文结合我院的研究生心理状况，对医学研究生的心理健康状况进行讨论，分析产生心理健康问题的来源及成因，同时结合工作实际就如何加强医学研究生心理健康教育的对策提出了几点看法和建议。 |

| Abstract: | It is shown by study that psychological problems for medical students are increasing year by year.These problems have attracted education workers' attention.According to the psychological state of postgraduates in our School,this article discusses the mental health state of the medical graduates,analyzes the source and causes of mental health problems,and makes a number of views and suggestions on how to improve mental health education for medical graduates in the actual work. |
