| 摘 要： | 目的探讨头孢曲松的不良反应（ADR）及相关性分析。方法通过检索2001年1月至2011年6月国内发表的有关头孢曲松ADR文献报道,并进行统计分析。结果 ADR发生率为3.12%,涉及多个器官和（或）系统,全身性损害中以过敏性休克多见,并致死7例。结论应用头孢曲松所致不良反应,大剂量、长时间使用时应警惕过敏反应、血液系统和肝胆系统损害。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the ceftriaxone adverse reactions(ADR) and correlation analysis.2001 January to 2011 by retrieved June domestic published on ceftriaxone ADR reported in the literature,and statistical analysis.Results the incidence of ADR was 3.12%,involving multiple organs and(or) system,systemic damage in allergic shock to see more,and death in 7 cases.Conclusion the application of ceftriaxone induced adverse reaction,high dose,long time use should guard against allergic reactions,blood system and liver damage. |
