| 摘 要： | 取尖锐湿疣的３０例患者外阴湿疣标枉和宫颈分泌物及同期非尖锐湿疣患者宫艰苦泌物，用聚合酶链反应技术检测其中ＨＰＶ６．１１ＤＮＡ和ＨＰＶ１６．１８ＤＮＡ。结果表明，尖锐湿疣患者宫颈人乳头瘤病毒检出率显著高于非尖锐湿疣患者，以ＨＰＶ６．１１为主，ＨＰＶ１６．１８在二者之间无差别。提示外阴尖锐湿疣主要由ＨＰＶ６．１１感染引起，应用ＰＣＲ技术检测湿疣组织中ＨＰＶ ＤＮＡ可为痢疾诊断提供客观依据。 |

| Abstract: | The specimens of condyloma and cervical secretion in 30 patients with condyloma acuminatum were collected,and cervical secretion in person without condyloma as control,then we detected HPV 6 11 DNA and HPV 16 18 DNA by PCR technique.The result showed that there were 29 cases with positive HPV 6.11 in 30 condyloma specimens,among them,1 case also with positive HPV 16.18 .In patients with condyloma,the HPV detectable rate was higher in erosive cervix than that in smooth cervix.And the cervical HPV detectable rate was higher in patients with condyloma than that in patients without condyloma.The result indicate that vulva condyloma acuminatum is mainly caused by HPV 6.11 infection,and detecting HPV DNA can supply objective evidence for the diagnosis of the disease.Also,we must emphasize screening cervical infection in patients with condyloma so as to prevent cervical cancer. |
