显微手术治疗蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤

目的 旨在进一步提高嵴脑膜病的手术疗效。方法 回顾性总结分析了26例蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤的临床资料。结果 本组肿瘤全切24例，次全切除2例，无手术死亡。结论 手术切除是治疗蝶骨脑膜瘤唯一有效的方法。手术入路的切口应低至颧弓，骨瓣也应尽量低，以利暴露中颅窝底和肿瘤，手术操作应耐心细致，力争全切肿瘤。显微外科手术可提高该病的疗效。

Microsurgical Treatment of Sphenoid Ridge Meningiomas

Objective To further improve the surgical outcome of sphenoid ridge meningiomas. Method The clinical records of 26 cases of the sphenoid ridge meningiomas were analyzed retrospectively. Result In this series, the tumors were totally removed in 24 cases and subtotally removed in the other 2 cases. No patients died of the operation. Conclusions Surgical resection is the only effective therapy for sphenoid ridge meningioma. To obtain best exposure of the middle skull base and tumor, the skin incision should be made as low as the level of zygomatic arch, and the craniotomy also should be low enough. Patience and carefulness are demanded for the surgical manipulation, and skilful microsurgical techniques are helpful to the improvement of the outcome.
