超微超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒及其在肿瘤磁共振成像中的应用

摘    要:超微超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒是一种新型的磁共振对比剂,具有血浆半衰期长及易被巨噬细胞吞噬摄取等特点,在磁共振血管成像、肝脏骨髓肿瘤的鉴别、淋巴结的良恶性鉴别、肿瘤病灶的显示及肿瘤免疫成像等方面有着良好的应用前景。随着在基础及临床方面研究的深入,其必将使现有的一些肿瘤磁共振成像模式发生深刻的变革。

Abstract:Ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide(USPIO) is a new type of MR contrast agent.It has a longer plasma half-life and easily accumulates in macrophages.It has been used in magnetic resonance angiography and to differentiate liver and bone marrow tumor and to differentiate metastatic lymph nodes from benign ones and to show tumor's border and in tumor magnetic resonance immunoimaging.To follow the deeply study in fundamental and clinical medicine,USPIO will challenge existent some tumor MR mode and to transform thoroughly.
