| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨孤立性胸膜纤维瘤(solitary fibrous tumor of pleura,SFTP)的诊断及治疗方法.方法 回顾分析该院胸外科2003 ～ 2011年收治的10例孤立性胸膜纤维瘤患者的临床资料.结果 10例患者手术治疗效果良好,其中1例术后出现肺部转移.免疫组织化学结果CD34均为阳性,Vimentin均为阳性,Desmin均为阴性.结论 手术是目前治疗STFP的最佳方法,免疫组织化学对该病的诊断具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To explore clinical characteristics and treatment of the solitary fibrous tumor of pleura(SFTP).【Methods】Clinical records of 10 SFTP patients who had received surgical operation during the period of 2003 to 2009 in our hospital.【Results】All patients results were fine after operation,one patient had recurrence of lung.Immunohistochemical results showed that the CD34 and Vimentin were positive expression in all cases,the desmin was negative in all cases.【Conclusion】The surgical operation is the best method for SFTP currently.The immunohistochemical exam plays an important role in the diagnosis of SFTP. |
