| 摘 要： | 目的 了解社区老年2型糖尿病患者服药情况及影响因素。方法专门医护人员采用问卷调查方式对某社区108例老年2型糖尿病患者服药依从性的调查记录。结果发现服药依从性良好者占33．3％、服药依从性差者占66．67％。结论加强对老年糖尿病患者的健康教育及社区医护人员的培训显得至关重要，提高服药依从性，从而提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the drug compliance and its relative factors in aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method By using the method of questionnaire, 108 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are study for drug compliance. Result 33.3% of patients were found to have satisfactory drug compliance. 66.7% of patients were found to have poor drug compliance. Conclusion To improve the drug compliance, it＇s important to strengthen the health education of aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the training programs for medical workers in community. |
