| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨《黄帝内经》中"五刺法"在临床上的应用。[方法]分析《内经》原文,查阅文献,并进行临床应用和总结。[结果]"五刺法"是针灸局部取穴的重要方法,"五刺法"的实质就是"针至病所",根据这一原则,临床上不仅仅应用于对"五体"的治疗,还可以把"五刺法"加以延伸拓展。从而创立了"刺脂法","刺神经法",均能取得很好的疗效。[结论]"五刺法"是针灸局部取穴的最重要方法,"针至病所"是"五刺法"的精髓。 |
