后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除手术的应用

目的探讨后腹腔镜下行肾上腺肿瘤切除术的可行性及安全性。方法施行后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术49例,男25例,女24例。年龄21～67岁,平均年龄43.4岁。肿瘤位于右侧26例,肿瘤位于左侧23例,肿瘤位于两侧2例。结果 2例患者手术中转开放手术,47例手术均获得成功。手术时间为34～176 min,平均72.3 min。术中出血10～430 ml、平均36 ml,患者平均住院时间6.8 d。结论腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术是治疗肾上腺疾病的一种微创、安全、有效、术后恢复快的治疗方法。

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for the treatment of adrenal tumors

Objective To study the clinical feasibility and safety of Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for the treatment of adrenal tumors.Methods Between July 2007 to November 2011,49 cases of adrenal tumors received Retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy.25 patients were male and 24 were female,the mean age was 43.4(range 21 to 67).The tumors were on right side in 26 cases,on left side in 23 cases and on both sides in the other 2 cases.Results 47 cases were performed successfully,and 2 cases were converted to open surgery.Operation time was 34 min to 176 min.with an average of 72.3 min.Mean estimated blood loss was 36ml(range 10 to 430 ml).The averge postoperative stay was 6.8 d.ConculsionsRLA is a safe and effective procedure with less invasion,safety,effectivity,and rapid postoperatived recovery.
