程序性细胞死亡与血管钙化关系的研究进展

血管钙化是多种疾病的并发症之一,并参与疾病的发生发展。而血管平滑肌细胞死亡是钙化过程中的必然伴随现象。已有研究证明血管平滑肌细胞的凋亡明确参加血管钙化的发生,而对于另一种程序性细胞死亡方式——自噬是否参与血管平滑肌细胞钙化研究近年来也有报道。本文就当今凋亡和自噬两种常见细胞程序性死亡参与血管平滑肌钙化的作用及可能机制以及影响因素的研究进展作一综述。

Research Progress of the Relationship between Programmed Cell Death and Vascular Calcification

Vascular calcification is one of the complications in a variety of diseases, and participate in the occurrence of diseases development. And vascular smooth muscle cell death is an inevitable phenomenon in the process with calcification. It has been proved that vascular smooth muscle cell apoptosis take part in the progression of vascular calcification. But whether autophagy, another way of programmed cell death, is involved in vascular smooth muscle cells calcification research remains unclear. In this review, we focus on the role and possible mechanism of apoptosis and autophagy to vascular calcification.
