医院评价指标的筛选方法

评价指标的筛选是综合评价医院工作的重要一环。本文在收集1983年87所军队医院各121项总量指标的基础上,设计了33项质量与效率派生指标,并对各派生指标的分布特征值进行了计算和分析,然后用“老手”评判法、“变异系数”法、“相关系数”法、聚类分析法、主成分分析法对派生指标进行筛选,以组成评价指标体系。

The Method of Selecting Indexes For Evauating Hopsital Performance

The selecting evaluation index is an importantstep in the evaluation of hospital performance.In thispaper,121 raw statical items of each of 87 militaryhospitals in 1983 were collected.Based on the rawitems,33 derivative indexes composed of quality andefficiency indexes were designed.Then,the character-istic values of distribution of the derivative indexeswere calculated.At last by employing the methodsof expert judgement,coefficient of variation,correl-ation coefficient,clustering analysis end principlecomponent analysis,20 evaluation indexes were cho-sen from the 33 indexes and composed the evaluationindex system.
