临床专业本科生循证医学教学效果评价

摘    要:循证医学是一种新的医学实践模式。本研究以滨州医学院2009年参加循证医学教学活动的临床专业本科生为调查对象,采取整群抽样方法,利用自填问卷进行调查。结果表明,目前循证医学课程对提高临床专业本科生偱证医学知晓度、对专业术语的理解正确度、对循证医学实践态度的影响效果显著,但短期内对循证医学实践行为影响不明显,因此,进一步探索和完善合适的循证医学教学方法势在必行。

Abstract:Evidence-based medicine (EBM) is new mode of medical practice. This study adopted whole cluster sampling method and used self-administered questionnaire among clinical medical students who participated in the clinical EBM teaching activities in 2009. The results show that evidence-based medicine curriculum had obvious effects in improving clinical medical undergraduates' knowing of EBM and accurate understanding of EBM terminology as well affecting the students' attitude toward EBM practice. However, it did not have an obvious effect on EBM practice behavior in the short term. Therefore, it is imperative to further explore and improve EBM teaching methods.
