| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前FolFox新辅助化疗对大肠癌Sm ad4表达的影响。方法对进展期大肠癌54例患者,术前Fol-Fox新辅助化疗+根治术治疗15例(FolFox新辅助化疗组),术前5-FU静脉化疗+根治术治疗18例(5-FU化疗组)及仅行根治手术21例(非化疗组)。应用免疫组化SP技术对3组大肠癌标本进行Sm ad4检测,比较Sm ad4表达阳性率。结果Smad4的表达阳性率非化疗组19.0%(4/21)、术前5-FU静脉化疗组61.1%(11/18)、术前FolFox新辅助化疗组93.3%(14/15)。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前FolFox新辅助化疗可使进展期大肠癌组织中Sm ad4表达明显增高,可作为有效的一种治疗进展期大肠癌的辅助化疗手段。 |
