日本毛连菜降血糖作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究日本毛连菜对正常小鼠及糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响.方法:尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶50 mg·kg-1,72 h后血糖高于11.1 mmo1·L-1为糖尿病模型.小鼠随机分为6组:正常组、模型组、消渴丸组(0.75 g·kg-1·d-1)、日本毛连菜低、中、高剂量组(1.5,3,6 g·kg-·d-1),ig给予药物14 d,测定空腹血糖,并进行了日本毛连菜急性毒性实验.结果:给药14 d后,日本毛连菜水提物低、中、高剂量组的血糖值分别达到(7.52±1.47),(7.33±2.99),(7.79±1.84) mmo1·L-1,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).急性毒性实验表明最大给药量为120 g·kg-1.结论:日本毛连菜对实验性高血糖小鼠有明显降糖作用,且毒性较小.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of the water extract from Picris japoncia Thunb on blood glucose in normal mice and diabetic model mice. Method: Diabetic model in mice was induced by caudal vein injection of 50 mg·kg-1 alloxan. Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group,model group, Xiaokewan pill group(0.75 g·kg-1·d-1),low dose, moderate dose and high dose groupsof P. japoncia(1.5,3,6 g·kg-1·d-1).The drugs were administrated to mice for 14 days. Determination of fasting blood glucose by blood sampling,in the corresponding time, and acute toxicity experiment were carried out. Result: The blood glucose value of low dose, moderate dose and high dose group of P. japoncia achieved respectively was (7.52±1.47),(7.33±2.99),(7.79±1.84) mmol·L-1 after administrated for 14 days,there were significant difference in blood glucose value compared with model group.The acute toxicity experiment revealed that the maximum dose of intragastric administration was 120 g·kg-1. Conclusion: The total extracts of P. japoncia had obvious hypoglycemic activity and little toxicity in hyperglycemia model mice.
