保定市中小学生高血压病危险因素的调查

目的了解保定市中小学生高血压病的危险因素。方法对该市50个慢性非传染性疾病综合防治示范区的中小学生进行分层随机整群抽样调查。结果超重肥胖、饮酒、吸烟、被动吸烟占调查人数的比率分别是22．5％、6．4％、1．3％、29．8％。男生经常吃蔬菜水果的比率低于女生，吃肉和饮酒的比率高于女生（均P〈0．01）。超重肥胖、被动吸烟、饮酒是高血压的危险因素（DR值、95％Cl和P值分别是1．84，1．56—2．18，0．00；1．20，1．05～1．36，0．01；2．14，1．43—3．21，0．00）。结论超重肥胖、被动吸烟、饮酒是保定市中小学生高血压病的主要危险因素。

Investigation on Hypertension Risk Factors among Primary and Secondary School Students in Baoding City

[Objective]To study the risk factors of hypertension among primary and secondary school students in Baoding City.[Methods]With stratified random cluster sampling survey, primary and secondary school students in 50 chronic non-communicable diseases prevention and treatment demonstration zones were investigated in our city.[Results]The proportion of overweight and obesity, alcohol-drinking, smoking, passive smoking was 22.5%, 6.4%, 1.3%, 29.8% respectively. The ratio of Boys often eating fruits and vegetables was lower than that of girls, the ratio comparison of eating meat between genders was on the contrary (Both P＜0.01). Overweight and obesity, passive smoking, drinking were risk factors of hypertension (OR value, 95% CI, P values was 1.84,1.56～2.18,0.00;1.20,1.05～1.36,0.01;2.14,1.43～3.21,0.00 respectively).[Conclusion] Overweight and obesity, passive smoking, alcohol-drinking are main risk factors for hypertension of primary and secondary school students in Baoding City.
