恒磁场诱导联合平阳霉素化疗对人舌癌细胞的作用

摘    要:目的:观察恒磁场诱导下,人舌癌细胞增殖周期的变化,与平阳霉素联合,二者具有的协同抗癌作用。方法:利用体外培养的人舌癌Tca8113系细胞分为四组:对照组、磁场组、平阳霉素组和磁场诱导联合平阳霉素组(简称联合组)。用倒置显微镜定时观察细胞的生长状态并照像。流式细胞仪分析结果。结果:均以对照组为参照,恒磁场诱导可使G0G1期的细胞比例上升,而S、G2M期的细胞比例下降。细胞增殖指数下降(P〈0.05)

Abstract:Objective: To observe the change of the proliferation cycle of Tca 8113 cells (human lingual cancer cell) under the inducing of static magnetic field, and the concurrent anticancer effects when static magnetic field combined with Pingyangmycin chemotherapy. Methods: Tca 8113 cells was cultured in vitro , and divided into four groups, the control group, the static magnetic field group, the Pingyangmycin group, and static magnetic field merged with Pingyangmycin group. The condition of cultrued cells was observed through microscope. The percentage of cells in various phase of proliferation cycle and proliferation index (PI) were analyzed by the flow cytometry. Results: Compared with the control group, in the static magnetic field group, cells of G 0 G 1 phase increased, while cells of S, G 2 M phase reduced, PI slowed down ( P <0.05). In the Pingyangmycin group, cells of G 0 G 1 phase induced, but cells of G 2 M phase inceased, PI rose up ( P < 0.01 ), cells of S phase reduced ( P <0.05). In the static magnetic field merged with Pingyangmycin group, cells of G 0 G 1 phase reduced and cells of G 2 M phase increased significantly, PI rose up ( P <0.01), cells of S phase increased ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Proliferation of Tca 8113 cells can be restrained by static magnetic field. There is concurrent anticancer effects on Pingyangmycin chemotherapy when inducing of static magnetic field combined with Pingyangmycin.
