| 摘 要： | 目的:客观总结大肠癌辅助治疗期患者主要中医证候及症状组成。方法:应用前瞻性、横断面调查方法,收集151例大肠癌辅助期病例,应用聚类分析和主成分分析方法进行研究。结果:151例大肠癌辅助期的中医证候可分为5类,分别是脾虚湿阻证、气血亏虚证、肝肾阴虚证、湿热蕴结证、瘀血内停证,并归纳出上述5类证候的主要临床症状。结论:以中医为主体,结合现代科研方法与手段,可促进大肠癌中医证候的规范化研究。
