| 摘 要： | 目的:研究补骨脂水煎液透过不同孕期大鼠胎盘屏障的药物成分。方法:按2.7g/kg给予Wistar大鼠补骨脂水煎液,早、中、晚孕期连续给药5d,末次给药后12h取血及胚胎组织,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,对各生物样品所含药物成分进行分析。结果:各孕期大鼠血浆及孕早、晚期胚胎组织中均检测到补骨脂苷、异补骨脂苷、补骨脂素,异补骨脂素;孕中期胚胎组织中检测到补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。结论:补骨脂水煎液的主要药物成分均透过了胎盘屏障,孕期应用时应关注其对胚胎的影响。
