| 摘 要： | 陈凯教授应用中医中药治疗红皮病型、关节型银屑病等难治性银屑病,因时因季因人施治,效果显著。对红皮病型银屑病初起热毒之势较著者,治以清热凉血解毒;病程迁延之时注意培补正气,健运脾土;如为女性患者,亦兼顾到调经理血,调节冲任。对关节型银屑病需兼顾患者的皮损与关节两方面问题,皮损宜凉,关节宜热,注意寒热并用,治以解毒通络之法。以收良效。

| Abstract: | Professor CHEN Kai determines the treatment which has obvious effect in accordance with syndrome differentiation and the patient individuality. For examples, at the beginning of erythroderma psoriaticum, it is important to clear the heat, cool the blood and dispel the toxin. During the chronic course of the disease, it should consider to nourish the patient’s vitality and invigorate the spleen energy. Confronted with the female, to regulate menstruation and adjust blunt as balance are both important. The psoriasis arthritis patient’s condition on eruption and articulation should be noticed carefully. Clearing the heat of eruption, warming the articulation and detoxification dredging could get good effect. |
