| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同病程高血压病患者证候要素与白介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的关系。方法:选取高血压病患者312例,根据高血压病程的不同,将入选患者分为3组,并提炼出证候要素,同时测定血清IL-6,MMP-9以及hs-CRP含量,进行相关分析。结果:不同病程高血压病患者血清IL-6、hs-CRP及MMP-9含量无明显差异。瘀、气虚、血虚、阴虚出现的频次与病程成正相关,风、阳虚出现的频次与病程成负相关。1-4年组"痰"与IL-6、hs-CRP成正相关,"瘀"与IL-6成正相关,"血虚"与MMP-9成正相关,"气虚"、"血虚"与hs-CRP成负相关;5-10年组"痰"与MMP-9成正相关,"火或热"与IL-6成负相关,"气虚"与hs-CRP成负相关;11年以上"火或热"与IL-6成负相关,"阴虚"与MMP-9成负相关,"火或热"与hs-CRP成负相关。结论:高血压病患者随着病程的延长,炎症反应程度可能无明显改变;随着病程的延长,瘀、气虚、阴虚、血虚出现的频次逐渐增加,风、阳虚出现的频次逐渐减少。 |
