癌痛病人止痛用药现状调查

对佛山地区７６所医院癌痛病人止痛用药的现状进行了调查，包括１９９３－１９９５年使用麻醉性镇痛药的品种和数量以及医务人员学习和贯彻卫生部颁发的《癌症病人三阶梯止痛疗法指导原则》的情况。结果表明：在被调查的２０６名医务工作者中认真学过“指导原则”的只占２１．４％；在用药方面，注射剂哌替啶仍是最主要的镇痛用药。由此可见：佛山地区医务人员学习和贯彻“指导原则”还处于初级阶段，有待主管部门采取进一步的措施。

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE SITUATION OF UTILIZATION OF NARCOTIC MEDICATIONS FOR CANCER PAIN PATIENTS

An investigation on the present situation of the utilization of narcotic analgesics for cancer patients was carried out in 76 hospitals of Foshan area. It contains the variety and the amount of narcotic analgesics employed during the years of 1993-1995 and the understanding and implement of “ The Guiding Principle of the Three-Step Hierarchy Cancer Pain Management” promulgated by the Ministry of Health among the health care professionals.The result showed that among the 206 health care professionals investigated, only 21.4% studied conscientiously “The Guiding Principle” and on the aspect of employing narcotic analgesics, pethidine (injection agent) was still the mainchoice. This indicated that the understanding and implement of “The Guiding Principle”by the health care professionals of Foshan area was still in the primary stage, so further measures should be adopted by the department responsible for the work.
