| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CADD-Legacy TM患者自控镇痛输液泵持续化疗的护理。方法选择64例患者使用CADD-Legacy TM PCA输液泵进行5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)持续给药。结果 64例患者均顺利完成泵入治疗,对使用输液泵满意率达98%。结论护理人员在使用输液泵化疗期严格加强护理,确保输液安全的同时减轻了肿瘤化疗的毒副作用,提高了化疗患者在化疗期间的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore CADD-Legacy TM infusion pump continuous chemotherapy and its nursing.Methods Sixty-four cases which used CADD-Legacy TM PCA infusion pump continuous chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) were investigated.Results All cases completed chemotherapy successfully and patients′ satisfaction rate was 98%.Conclusion In the process of using CADD-Legacy TM infusion pump continuous chemotherapy,nursing is very important.Nursing can not only ensure infusion security but also reduce the toxicology of chemotherapy,thus improving their life quality. |
