肠易激综合征剔除不耐受食物后的疗效观察

目的观察肠易激综合征剔除不耐受食物后的疗效。方法符合罗马Ⅲ标准的肠易激综合征且中度以上不耐受食物的患者170例纳入临床观察,随机分两组,剔除不耐受食物为观察组,不剔除不耐受食物为对照组,两组患者均辨证使用中药治疗4w,共随诊12w。结果 4w中药治疗结束时观察组有效率为84.88%,对照组有效率为72.62%;随诊12w结束时观察组有效率80.23%,对照组有效率59.52%;组间比较均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论剔除不耐受食物可以提高药物治疗的应答率。

The effects of Chinese traditinal medicine on irritable bowel syndrome with and without elimination of intolerant food

Obejective To observe of effects of Chinese traditinal medicine on irritable bowel syndrome with and without elimination of intolerant food.Method One hundred and seventy food intolerant patient who met Rome Ⅲ criteria for diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome were divided randomly into two groups:170 patients in treatment group with elimination of intolerant food,and 130 patients in control group without elimination of intolerant food.The patients in two groups were treated with Chinese tradinitional mdicine for 4 weeks,and thereafter followed-up for 12 weeks.Result At the end of four-week treatment,the effective rate in treatment group was 84.88%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(72.62%) (P < 0.05).At the end of 12-week follow-up,the effective rate of patients in treatment group was still 80.23%,whereas only 59.52% in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Elimination of intolerant food could improve the response rate of drug therapy.
