| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用软毛牙刷刷洗加用口腔冲洗液冲洗法及常规护理方法对ICU经口气管插管患者口腔护理的临床效果。方法将60例ICU经口气管插管患者随机分为试验组与对照组各30例。试验组采用软毛牙刷刷洗加用口腔冲洗液冲洗法进行口腔护理,对照组采用传统的(对特殊患者)口腔护理法进行口腔护理。从每天早晨口腔护理前检查有无口臭、污垢残留、口腔溃疡及口腔真菌感染4方面对两种方法的效果进行比较。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者口臭、污垢残留、口腔溃疡及口腔真菌感染发生率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论试验组口腔护理方法的临床效果优于对照组的传统口腔护理方法,具有一定的临床意义。 |
