高血压脑出血患者常见并发症的预见性护理

目的总结降低高血压脑出血患者致残率和病死率的护理方法。方法分析46例高血压脑出血患者的护理经过。结果 23例患者出现并发症,其中再次出血3例,肺内感染8例,上消化道出血4例,中枢性高热3例,水电解质酸碱平衡紊乱10例,高糖血症6例,下肢深静脉血栓2例,压疮1例,出现2种以上并发症的5例。结论积极有效的预见术后并发症并提前干预可以有效降低高血压脑出血患者的致残率和病死率。
