| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在床旁行微创经皮扩张气管切开术(PDT)围手术期护理方法。方法对20例施行床旁经皮气管切开术的重症患者术前、术中、术后的护理方法进行总结。结果 20例患者行PDT成功率100%,均无严重并发症。结论 PDT术用于危急重患者,用时短、操作简单、定位准确,配合严密的术后护理,可提高危急重患者的抢救成功率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of minimally invasive percutaneous dilational tracheostomy(PDT) at the bedside.Methods Summarize the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing care of 20 critical ICU patients treated by PDT.Results The success rate of PDT was 100%.There was no severe complications.Conclusion The combination of PDT,which has advantages of taking shorter time,easy operation,and accurate positioning,together with timely postoperative nursing can improve the success ra... |
