孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 76例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成治疗组38例和对照组38例,治疗组在治疗组的基础上,加用孟鲁司特钠,<1岁4 mg/d隔日顿服;>1岁4 mg/d,每晚顿服1次,疗程至症状和体征消失,观察喘憋、咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿罗音程度及持续时间。结果孟鲁司特钠治疗组有效率97.37%,常规对照组的有效率84.20%。孟鲁司特钠治疗组缓解喘憋,咳嗽消失,哮鸣音、湿罗音消失及持续时间等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论作为新型的非激素类抗生素药,孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎有较好的疗效,具有良好的临床应用价值。

The clinical observation of Montelukast in treating bronchiolitis in children
