| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑灵汤对阿尔茨海默病血脂、血流变学的影响。方法将90例确诊为阿尔茨海默病的患者分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组46例用脑灵汤治疗,对照组44例用脑复康治疗,两组均治疗3个月。结果脑灵汤在降低患者血脂(TC、ApoB)、全血粘度(低切、高切)和红细胞聚集指数方面优于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论脑灵汤能降低AD患者的血脂、血液流变学指标,从而发挥其治疗作用。 |
