| 摘 要： | 通过对部队院校甲型H1N1流感的防控对策问题的研究，寻求传染病疫情控制有效方法。构建开放式的信息管理系统，根据疫情发展的四个阶段随时调整防控策略，根据流行病学人群分布特点，分别针对甲型H1N1流感流行的不同时期、部队院校不同人群制定相应的防控对策。形成适应部队院校的动态系列甲型流感防控预案方案；为其他传染病的防治提供借鉴经验。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe effective Methods to prevent and control infectious diseases through analyzing the way to control Influenza A （H1N1） in the military college. Methods An open information management system was established. The prevention/control strategic plan was made adjustable based on the four stages of epidemic development and population distribution. Especially to Influenza A （H1N1）, a prevention/control plan was generated based on those factors. Results The flexible prevention and control plan for influenza A （H1N1） was created for military college. Conclusion It serves as reference for other infectious disease prevention. |
