亚胺培南／西司他丁不良反应文献分析

目的分析近年来亚胺培南／西司他丁在临床上用于治疗各类疾病时发生的不良反应及处理方法，为临床合理使用该药物提供有用的信息。方法通过中国期刊全文数据库检索自1995年以来关于亚胺培南／西司他丁不良反应的文献并进行分析和统计，总结亚胺培南／西司他丁不良反应的特点与相应治疗方法。结果临床上使用亚胺培南／西司他丁时，不良反应发生率有所上升，且不良反应涉及许多体内系统的损害，根据不良反应实际情况给予吸氧，调整用药剂量和给药间隔时间，停药等处理；神经系统损害患者，给予镇静剂或少量抗精神病药，心血管系统损害患者给予营养心肌的药物，肾功能异常患者给予血液透析等治疗，可获得较佳的临床效果。结论合理使用亚胺培南／西司他丁是避免不良反应的发生的关键。

A literature analysis of adverse drug reactions of Imipenem/cilastati

Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions of Imipenem/cilastati for the treatment of diseases in recent year and supply useful information for the rational application in clinical therapy.Methods The literatures since 1995 about adverse drug reactions of Imipenem/cilastati from the data-base (CNKI) were collected and then the data were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions of Imipenem/cilastati in clinical therapy was raised and many in vivo systems were damaged from the adverse reactions.According to the actual situation of adverse reactions, those treatment can be given to get better clinical results, which was given oxygen, adjusting the dosage and dosing interval,drug withdrawal and other treatment;patients whose nervous system damage was given a small amount of sedatives or antipsychotics, patients whose cardiovascular system damage were given nutrition, renal dysfunction were treated with hemodialysis treatment.Conclusion It is necessary to use Imipenem/cilastati rationally to avoid the adverse drug reactions.
